0 Hey we went the identical situation on 10/31/09. Store Manager informed us that he did not need our kind and to shop elsewhere..."Need our kind" Middle class working american's..If I continue to use the coffeemaker my entire house may burn down...is that covered on my SEARS warranty..What a horrible retail establishment..I do not understand how this company stays in Business..Very rude,arrogant ASM, To be told I had purchesed my item at a yardsale or perhaps stolen a coffeemaker w/insruction manual...Please..
