I have ordered the same breakfast each time at this store. They give you a larger drink than ordered and you also get charged for it. You get no receipt so you really don't have a clue how much you really paid for the meal if you used a debit or credit card. THIS IS STEALING AND CHEATING!!!... More...

My guide unit walked to our nearest Drive in at Arnold in Nottingham England. One of whom ordered a veggie sandwich, when the order arrived it was in a McChicken sandwich box, when asked if it was veggie, the team member said it was, they just didnt have any veggie boxes. My guide then sat down and took a bit - Guess what, it was a McChicken Sandwich, as she is vegeterian she was very upset, and this in turn made the othere girls upset. I took it back to the team memebr who replaced it with a real Veggie sandwich but my guide had now gone of the idea of eating. I then went back to see if they could give her a mcflurry for free to cheer her up, which they did. But at NO time did they apologise to her in person. Was this because she is only 12 years old? The guides were really excited about their trip to Mcdonalds but it was spoilt with the wrong order. 5th Carlton Guides
