I cancelled my service sent int the dvr and paid the last bill, then I get a bill in the mail saying I owe 123.86 for something back on 2007, I have called the customer service number several times and got several different answers, Alex, in billing, had the nerve to tell me that he was checking with the supervisor for a reduction of the bill, old school any collector knows that trick, com e on. Now why am I being being charged again for something that was already paid for the month after, again I can not get straight answers, One customer service person, LaTrina, told me she saw where my bill for the ordered items were paid for, why are you waiting 2 years later?? this does not make sense to me at all, I will pay this bill due to job and credit but I am not done with this.
