I spoke with Sales rep Joanna About an offer for price lock 24 months of course they made it sound great and offered showtime and starz included. When service was installed they only added showtime. I called customer service not only did they refuse to honor set arrangement but also refused to state that they record calls to back up customer complaints in all first time service with this company left a bad taste in my mouth. Of course speaking to supervisor was useless they dont care that there reps lie to customers. I have 60 days to cancel service.
