0 uggboutique.com is a TOTAL SCAM and the owners should be prosecuted criminally. I ordered 11/30; emailed them on 12/11 after no shipping confirmation and rec'd response that I would receive the boots in six days. They didn't come until 12/27 (from China) and they are terrible, cheap fakes. Never responded to add'l emails; the 1-800 number always says "mailbox full." Site provides for returns but they will not give you a return address. BEWARE!
