Awful, horrible, terrible experience! I ordered a convertible sofa from Inmod 4 weeks before and extended business trip. Their website claimed that delivery was in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them and let them know it absolutely had to be delivered by the last Saturday of the month or I could not accept delivery and would have to cancel. They later got back to me and claimed that it was being shipped by a certain shipping company and gave me a tracking number in the e-mail, the link to which did not work. I contacted the shipping company by phone and they were able to track it down and inform me that the sofa was sitting in a warehouse and the truck that would deliver it would not even leave Indianapolis until the Monday after I left town. I cancelled the order, both with Inmod and the shipping company. Inmod refused to cancel the order saying that once the sofa left the warehouse, it was too late to cancel the order. But the shipping company told me explicitly that the sofa was sitting in the warehouse and would continue to do so for another week and a half. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company which is still not totally resolved. Last I looked, Inmod reimbursed my credit card account the charge minus $444. In other words, they are charging me $444 for doing absolutely nothing. I guess that's the fool charge for gullible consumers like me who are unwary enough to order online from them. I will keep fighting this all the way, but I thought I should warn others against Inmod's unethical business practices.

I have the downlow (the togo copy you speak of) and the quality is quite impressive especially for the price. It was my fifth purchase from Inmod and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

I am considering Inmod's copy of the original Togo sofa by Ligne Roset, but am a little hesitant given that 1. it's a copy 2. there's a 20% restocking fees to return the merchandise.
Has anyone purchased this item from Inmod? Thanks

I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Inmod. I've shopped with them several times; their customer service was helpful, responsive, my items were delivered when promised and my living room is a whole lot cooler than it was before.

I have had a great experience with inmod.com, the items I purchased were all excellent quality, and priced below what I expected to pay for simular items. I will definatly be going back to inmod.com to buy more cool furniture.
