I also am having the same problem with this company. I purchased a jacket mid-February. It was too small so I returned it via the USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance. They received the jacket back on 3/10. I am yet to get the jacket. I have sent messages to this company via the website with NO ANSWER. I have e mailed the person listed to e mail with NO ANSWER. I have also called the toll free number which rings and then it goes to a mailbox which is ALWAYS full and will not accept new messages! I just again sent a message via the internet to see about getting a response. I really feel sorry for the person above who is out the 200 bucks. Myself I am out 89. I have ordered from this company before and that is why I reordered from them as I was happy with my product and how fast it was shipped out to me. Forget ever returning anything to them.
