0 I want to thank sky miles representative Shelly Anne Ramsay for an excellent job. She was the only respresentative who helped me with getting credit for a flight I took last year. I spoke with several people, some in London and finally I was put on the phone with Shelly Anne who cares about the customer. Delta you are lucky to have this wonderful worker, who represents you extremly well.
