  • Delivery problems



    Today 30/6 I made delivery order calling 19991 at 11:15 am ( 3 big mac beef combo medium and 1 big mac chicken combo medium) to address 10th of Ramadan city, B4 ,area 63 and I supposed to receive the delivery at 12:06 pm. I was surprised by a phone call at 11:51 am from 10th of Ramadan MacDonald%u2019s branch informing me that my address is out of coverage area since 2 month and he can%u2019t make the delivery, after a long discussion (fight) he offered that he could make me a personal favor and make the delivery this time but in the future I have to take care not to make an order from this...
