The Brick - Gatineau Consumer Complaint
Hello, We bought a Devon Sectional 5 piece at the Brick in Gatineau. They told us that it was under warranty. We called the store since the padding on the arm rest and at the bottom of the back rest no longer exist and there is some cigarette burns which we were told were all under warranty, they send a technician to evaluate the sectional. The Technician tells us that some parts of the sectional were not placed at the right place and that the sectional needs to be change. 4 weeks later, the store leaves a message saying that I need to call them to know what my options are.
