I took my brand new car to a car wash in kanata in perfect condition. When I left the gas station I noticed that my car was very wobbly. When I check my car I noticed a giant nail head in my front right tire. Then me and my wife noticed that the car wash has nails and screws in the right corner of the car wash. I went to the terry fox esso in kanata with a perfectly fine new car. I left the terry fox kanata location with a wobbly right tire. Nervous to drive with a wobbly tire I decided to go back to The station to check things out. That's when I noticed a giant tack looking screw stuck in my front right tire. Esso car wash problem manager responded badly
Esso Kanata at 501 Terry Fox Consumer Complaint
After a long trip from Toronto back to my home town Kanata, went to Esso station at 501 Terry Fox for a car wash. It's a deluxe car wash with under car splash. The under-car wash part didn't work during service, went in talked to the manager, he responded "I just used the cash wash machine myself 20 mins ago, it worked well, don't understand why yours didn't work."
