Microsoft wouldn't remove over charged
Microsoft XBox live Consumer Complaint
I wanted to cancel subscription but couldn't because they remove the auto renew link. I thought I would keep it but they suspended my account and I was not able to use the service. I did not get my free games or got to use my online services. SO NOT FAIR. I feel like I was SCAMMED. I'm so upset and crying I cannot use my account until I pay for services I did not receive. They charged me two months without just canceling they was going to keep charging until I contacted them. It took them a week they lied and never called I call them instead. Very bad customer service experience to get a minor issue resolved. Wanted to speak to a supervisor to provide feedback on the experience. The associate Aleks told me his supervisors name Trevor but refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. His condescending comments sent the clear message ...From all of us at Microsoft F@$# Off.
