  • Charges to credit card



    I made a reservation at a hotel in Orlando in early 2014, with the possibility of cancellation. In September reduce the number of days in the reserve and in November I canceled the reservation at booking. What was my surprise when in January I saw a charge on my credit card all daily and taxes. The charge was on January 01 for a supposed stay January 29. I contacted the hotel and it said that the booking did not cancel the reservation. They would not cancel the reservation or reimburse me.   • Run around from hight of incompetence.



    Complained on BBB about canceled reservation that was charged regardless. Close out my complaint provisinary as resolved, boy I was wrong. Priceline referred to the Booking.com and assured that refund would be issued. Booking.com' Jessica Byrd gave out a promise about issuing 100% refund. 3 weeks later still have no refund, nor ability to talk anyone at the booking.com. Phone calls are unanswered with emails are ignored. False promises, bad business, immature personnel, inadequate resolutions. Will place another complaint with BBB. More...
