Fraud Billing A Year Later

Total scam!!! I signed up with legal zoom. They did not set up my business properly so that my LLC was dissolved by the state. Worse than that Legal Zoom charged me twice a year later for who knows what? One was a $160 something charge then a month later a $280 charge!!! Now I get to go through a credit card dispute. I encourage everyone to look elsewhere Legal Zoom is a racket!!! More...

Legal Zoom Complaint Consumer Complaint
Very disappointed in Legal Zoom. Went to form an LLC and chose economy package. After my payment was processed, noticed it said there in bold letters that processing would take up to 35 day (although "Gold" package would be completed within 10 days). Called a rep and was told that the information had been there on the initial choice page when I selected. Where??? I did not see it and certainly was not big enough to read clearly if it was!
