SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME. I REPORTED IT TO THE BBB, PLEASE EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!

This company is a JOKE and full of BS! I ordered the trial of AcaiPure and Colotox but returned the unused bottles within the time period stated. Two weeks later, they charge my credit card of $38.95 and $39.95. I call them to dispute it, and they claim they never got the merchandise returned. t\They want me to tell them when I sent it, and also how much the package weighed (so they can be sure I sent BOTH bottles and not just the one. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! I hope this company and its founder rot in hell!

I am an employee and yes, this company is scamming customers
All of the comments on this web site and others are VERY true. Customer care Supervisor 'Roger' is actually the owner, his name his Graham..The biggest scam he uses is the 'upsells' on the green tea website. They are pre selected for you with the hopes that you do not notice them and no where on the confirmation email or on the web page itself does it 'remind you' that they where purchased. you only notice it when you receive your order in the mail. You thought you spent 5.95, when you actually got billed 45.90. when you call customer care, if you can get through, we are told to act surprised that this happened and then shift the blame on the customer.If we actually allow you to return the items, don't forget about 15% restocking fee for the product you never ever ordered.

Our one biggest fear is credit card disputes. If you want your money back, make sure that is the 1st thing you say when talking to a rep, we will get a manger to refund the card instantly.The company is unable to keep employees, the turn over rate is unbelievable. All employees that are not 'supervisors' are strictly there for a pay check, but all do feel really bad for the consumers.You are all being scammed.It is hard to listen day after day to elderly people or single mothers tell there stories about how the company has now made their bank accts over drawn because they were unaware of the upsells or monthly withdraws.

The company makes its money hoping that customers will not be aware of the trial period terms and conditions or the return policy, which is very hard to understand.We treat all customers as liars and scammers, but this is how we are trained by management.The owner is very proud of himself that he has found this loop hole on the internet. He is a very cocky man that likes to brag about his business and flaunt his 'success' about the offices. Make sure when you see him driving around Tempe or Scottsdale Az in his $100, 000 mercedes, you say hello..

I also was ripped off by the "free trial offer". They did not ship it until after 16 days and after I had asked them to cancel the order. Then a few weeks later I was charged another $38.95. Tried to dispute with Discover card. Initialy they removed the charge then re-instated it upon this company's insistence that it was legitimate. Still trying to resolve.

Everybody - you need to cancel your credit card ASAP and report them as fraud, also report them to the Better Business Bureau

I too ordered a product and waited too long for the first order. I was charged the 44.90 3 weeks ago for the second order and still haven't received it. Wait time on the phone was 72 minutes, can't email them without an order #, where is that found?

I noiced a charge on my account by of $39.95 after my free sample was sent. I have spoken to my credit card account holder and they will be filing a fraud compliant against your company, I need for you to credit my account back the 39.95 and cease all shipping and charges to my account. This company is a very bad deal!! I only ordered a $4.95 trial offer. I was then billed $44.96 right away. I did not want any of this stuff. A month later they billed me $44.90 and called and waited for 2 hours on hold. They said it was just delivered today. This was 10 days later of billing. The wouldn't credit me anything. I think this company is very bad and would't use their products if I had to!! Be very aware!! It's a scam.

I was taken by the same company but under a different product name. I have never heard of this company before nor I have I ever ordered anything from them. But, alas I recieved a product called hoodiburst and hoodiwater from them, they charged my account $44.85, I don't even know how they got my info. Then when I caled them they were very rude, called me a liar and told me that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return the products.

I am a very upset customer. no only did me original FREE TRIAL cost me $40.00. today your company billed my account another 39.95. I have already called and request no more products or charges. How many times does a person have to do this. I hate to think your company deliberatly defrauds its customers but with current events and all the bad review I have found since order the free trial on line- I can only assume that your company and its leaders are dishonest and are playing the loop holes in the law to get away with this fraud on such a large scale- I will make one more attempt to have my name removed from your list and the lastest charge reversed as I have no received nor have I ordered any more of you products- if this attempt fails. A lawyer- although the cost will be much greater- seams like the next step as it is the principle of the matter.
