I went to a Walmart pharmacy to get an antibiotic prescription filled for my sister, who had had a perforated intestine. I had never used their pharmacy before. I took the prescription to the proper window and left it with the person there; she told me to come to the "Pick Up" counter in half an hour. I waited half an hour and went to the Pick Up counter, where there was no line. The Check Out counter had a line, so we figured we had to pick up the prescription and then wait in the other line to pay for it, so my wife got in the line. As soon as I came to the Pick Up place, the woman there rudely and loudly said "Go to the back of the line." I did not know what I did wrong, but I joined my wife in the other line. By now she had progressed a little and there were three or four people behind her. As soon as I joined my wife, the woman at the counter screamed at me "Go to the back of the line!" About 15 people were present, and I was embarrassed by the loud and rude command. By this time I was pretty teed off; when I explained that my wife had a place in the line, the woman backed off and offered no apology. I also told the woman in a voice loud enough to be heard by others that "I will be damned if I ever buy anything else in this pharmacy!" And, I haven't, and I won't. Doesn't Walmart give a hoot about how it treats customers?

I have gone to and called Wal Mart Pharmacy in Eastland Texas various times over the last 3 mos. to purchase a primatene mist inhaler or generic. Each time I have gone or called I was told that they do not have what I am looking for and are not receiving any. What is the problem. I have been without an inhaler for almost 3 weeks now. There are only 2 pharmacies in this small town and neither one of them can seem to get a shipment of these over-the-counter medications.
