This company's service sucks. Seems that they play the waiting game with you and are not even good at responding. Yes, they blamed Waterford with me too and I am still waiting, it's been more than a month. This company makes you feel like you are being scammed. I finally sent an email asking them to issue credit and cancel the order. Still no response. Will never order from them again.
