I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Unicel. I originally added my phone onto my husbands family plan, where they assured us instore that because it was under the one account there would only be one cancellation fee if the need should arise. This was a lie. We have just moved several miles down the road, and have absolutely no reception or service, yet they still refuse to cancel the contract without the cancellation fee. I strongly advise anyone considering Unicel to get any information they tell you in writing, in fact, stay away from them altogether if you have other options.
