0 I had worked for ulta in the past. I had a great experience always treated very well.The managment team was great and all had worked for the company for many years. I now am a frequent shopper and love the store. One thing I would like to say is that its the same people who walk through life and complaine about everything and everydody. It starts in the morning hateing yourself, getting a bad coffee and then it begins. If its not Ulta your complaining about it will be another company. Start by changing yourself and the way you look at things. If you are negative you will receive negative no matter were you are or go. With the salon guests you will never like your hair because you don't like yourself. When your hair is not the way you asked for it instead of going home and complaining talk to the stylist about the issues< she would have been happy to accommodate you. This is something that happens all the time. I have been in retail for a long time and its always the same people trying to get everything for free and complaining about not saying hi fast enough, and seeing them the next day. Good luck and I hope you start looking at things in a positive way and will attract positive. So wake up in the morning and smile it will change your life.
