I LOVE Dermapril! My skin has never looked so young and I didn't even have to do any plastic surgery. I have read so many complaints about dermpril charging credit cards every month, but you can actually call customer service and buy it on an as needed basis or you can change how often they send you dermapril. I get it every other month and I get so excited when i get my new jar in the mail! Thank you Dermapril!

There is no website to cancel the free trial - the 888 phone has been disconnected - there is no way to contact customer service. I have contacted my bank and arranged to refuse any further charges. I am disappointed - such an opportunity and such a cheap shot.......

Your ad said try the product FREE, but when I called to cancel I was told to mail back the product at my expense. I think the company should pay for that.

Thank you for the free sample tube of Dermapril. You advertised that I had to cancel or accept autoship on your product in two weeks. The deadline given was May 2nd, 09. However, I canceled on April 30th 09 and you replied that the order was canceled and that I could keep the left over sample and did not need to send it back.
So I thought that this was finished business. Little did I know. I just received a new shipment with a charge of $89.50, an amount that I cannot afford to pay. Apparently the credit card company has just raised their fees and charges on me also. I am sure you are aware what is going on with the cc companies.
Please help me to cancel this mess. I count on you to do the right thing.

And cancel the order and stop the mailing of more "samples" to others till this is all cleared up.
