Purchase arrived promptly but in terrible condition. It is my belief they took note of the fact that i was an international customer (therefore unlikely to return it) and decided to unload one of their damaged products on me. Received wrong item Dec 2006. Per MerchNow requirements, shipped back pre-paid with understanding would get amount refunded or credited. Several calls later which breaks down to 2% a person answering and 98% voice mail, nothing !! Contacted BBB and after 4 weeks no response. MerchNow... More...
