Sorry that so many of you had problems. Don't think Mitch has a clue. His workout and food program is the only one that I have really seen the best results ever. Never get bored, like the various routines may not be "hollywood production" but I ordered an exercise video that works! Hollywood ones never did! Food menu was okay to stick with but lost inches and weight fast and only stayed true and loyal for 2 months. It stayed off so long as I watched portion size and exercised for a long time. Now I am doing it all over again but know that with this video it will work. Try it out. Order anyway that you can and you'll love it.

I sent them an email asking them how I could purchase the package without a credit card. They sent a response email immediately explaining that I could also purchase through the mail with a check or money order. So, I did, and paid $19.00. Received a confirmation email when they received my payment. Received my order in about a week. So, if you wanna go through all of the trouble of people on the phone, wrong orders and vitamins you don't want, by all means, call them. Otherwise, try the old-fashioned snail-mail and avoid all the headaches...... The workout is definately worth it.

What a great idea Mally had to Wpurchase a Walmart money card. That is a great way to not get scammed if you want to try this product. Being the reviews I have read are for the most part great regarding the product itself I would be inclined to try it, now that I have the idea to use a money card from a Walmart (or whereever) I know I will not be scammed when I try to cancel

Ok…I saw this on tv once night when I woke up to run to the bathroom. It look pretty good and I know for a fact getting into any new workout routine is going to be hard and I am not afraid of a little hard work to get my body back to how it was and even better than before. But this was crazy. I love the fact that there wasn’t little to no laying on the floor work …that’s what got me. The second thing that got me was it was only $14 bucks!!! But why is it that when I made the call…I didn’t talk to a live person so I made sure I listen closely to ALL they were saying because I didn’t want to get caught up! I said no to it ALL! But they don’t like you saying no. The darn thing started saying “we didn’t get you response”. That was funny!!! Then once I got to the end of my order I heard it say before it hung up on me that my order would be processed in fore days. Ok…but you didn’t tell me my TOTAL!!! So the next day I called to get the total and plus I needed to cancel for the moment and order again later…$$$ Probs!!! But they don’t like that either. The rep kept asking me why am I canceling as if I was going to give them a different answer! Ok, I asked the rep what was the total I was going to be paying and this fool tells me over $80 bucks! How did “Just $14” get over $80 bucks? Now...I still want to order it but I think I’m going to order just the things that are $14 bucks! I think its like $14.99 or something like that. I can get a similar ball at the fitness store for less money!!! I did my research! Don’t let them talk you in to getting all the extra stuff if you don’t really need it right now. They always want to make a deal so…just call and inquire about it…tell them “Nooo…that’s ok” They will start taking some money of f it. Like they did me when I canceled my order.

I bought melt it off online. Charged a mastercard reusable credit card I bought from Walmart bec I'm skeptical of scams. Took over a month to arrive. NOw its been about 3 months since I've had it. I will try it for the first time tomorrow and update in a week. I also recieved the free bottle of green tea pills but i used up the remaining money on the card so no surprise charges.

I didnt know I would be getting the energy pills monthly. I was very surprised to get the first shipment and a $26 charge. I immediately called customer service to cancel. Now I have another $19 charge. I will try one more time to cancel, then my next call will be to California Attorney General. What a horrible experience.

I was truly thinking twice before ordering the workout program because I read the reviews. I have ordered other programs and had additional charges apply to my credit card also but once I called and complained they were removed. I did not want to go through this once again so I really thought long and hard on this before coming up with a brillant item. I will share this with everyone because I believe we should only be charged for what we agree to purchase. I purchased an American Express $50.00 gift card made a purchase for $20.00 before placing my order which left me with a balance of $30.00 for the workout program and no remaining balance for nothing additional to be charged due to the fact that it was a gift card. I truly hope that this will help those that didn't place an order due to this reason.
