0 I wouldn't be surprised if she acted like that. I worked at Foxy paws and she is a con artist and down right manipulative. Its sad that in order for her store to look good she has to make up a username such as MILO to get positive reviews. How pathetic. Watch out Michelle Petsmart is coming out with some cute dog stores. Karma's a bitch and you are going to get yours! :)
