Kinkos can't seem to even answer their phone their internet pprint system is so arcane that I have given up using it

I have to bring my lap top in change all my wirelss setting (or create a fiel for theirs) and print from my laptop for 3 pages
I called hq to discuss my issues
Guess what?

after 20 rings they didn't answer their phone either

Shit flows downhill
