All dunkin donuts are getting away with simply getting by on their once reputation for making great donuts **on the premises and good coffee. But the quality has gone down, the prices are too high, and most importantly - I've never been to one of their stores that wasn't filthy. Have they ever adopted standards to maintain the floors and tables? The restroom are cleaner and probably pose less of a threat to our health! Would any of us ever eat at home on a dirty table and floors that are simply wet, allowing the existing crumbs to dry and remain? Even the entry/exit doors are dirty. Now that their coffee is sold in grocery stores - I'll pass on eating what amounts to a pig sty. If they valued their customers - they would offer us better than the dirty stores they have everywhere. I live in Sebastian, FL and the turn over of employees is very high. This is a very small town and the business is constant 24/7 - but I've had enough and will not return unless things change for the better.

My wife and I arrived early to see a movie and went to DD on lefferts blvd. in Kew Gardens Queens NY to have coffee. I'm diabetic and my wife never uses sugar. I ordered two coffees No Sugar as always. When we sat down and tasted the it I was stunned. It tasted like it was half filled with Sugar! Upset I returned to the counter and told the woman server. She stated quite loudly that was what I ordered. The male server spoke up and said he also heard me order sugar. They lied to the wrong person. I started shouting they are damn liers and I'm diabetic, they tried to get me sick! they continued to argue with me untill I started screaming. The DD staff ane not trained and VERY RUDE. NEVER AGAIN AT DD.

I picked up 12 Donuts mostly boston creme at your Leo Mall Bustleton Avnue store Phila. to my amazement the donuts were so small and hardly filled that when we bit into the donut we could not taste the creme, we paid $.85 each a real scam on the consumer, my local grocery store has large filled donuts for $.55 each a real bargain, why should we ever go back to this store ?

My all time favorite donut was the original dunkin donut with the handle. Can these donuts be still be bought on-line? Might Dunkin Donuts bring their flagship brand, original dunkin donut with the handle and that unigue favor I loved so much back?
