THEY ARE WITHHOLDING A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF OUR MONEY FOR SERVICES RENDERED. THEIR LOGIC AS TO WHY MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

Crescent is the worst and are crooks. Hidden fees, $500 cancellation fee. No mention of 4 year contract. DO NOT EVEN LET THE IN THE DOOR.

big, big crooks. Just got off the phone with Cliff. It is okay to charge me a $79.00 "card data security fee". He said the electric company can change their rates, so they can too. Also, I have no choice. I can't break the contract without the early termination fee. Also, I have a document that I was supposed to be charged $5.00 for my pin debit monthly fee. They have charged me $7.00 a month for 2 years and won't credit or reduce that fee. I have faxed them all the documents and no reply. They also won't send me a signed contract. Stay away from this company. They can raise and will your fees and you can't do anything about it.

i used crescent as my processor for several months. the sales representative told be i could process debit cards at a certain fee and that he could save me money all around. when the first statement came i was paying much more and overall lost $300.00. when i called crescent to complain they said they were not responsible for what their field reps said. astonishing way to do business. i immediately took the debit key pad out but continued to do business. almost every saturday (my busiest day) we would not be able to transmit because some sale had not gone through the night before. they said something was wrong with my telephone line. these same lines had always worked
before and i have had no trouble since. they also said that perhaps i should buy new telephone lines from walmart because they would be better.this is a bad company. now they have turned me over to collections and i have evil attorneys calling me. stay away from this company.

this company is processing credit cards and not crediting my merchant account in a timely manner!!! don't go there
