NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Chase has really taken the personal out of personal banking. You can speak with someone day to get information and the next day its totally different in regards to their procedures. I have to laugh in my last call regarding a dispute when I asked if there was an associate in a department, I was asked did I have the associate last name or ID and that is the only way to look up this associate. So of course we could not find the person who gave the wrong information. I had to settle for this persons answer to my situation so when I asked him for his ID number, I was told that they are not allowed to give that out. LOL!!! The policy changes in just a few minutes. Chase needs to really look at how they handle the public and how to treat customers as they have no reality check. Just horrible and full of misinformation on procedures and policies.
