0 Too bad I didn't review this poor excuse for a company sooner. I just got started with them and already have problems with no statements being mailed and can only pray for the best.
0 I got my care credit card not quite a year ago for hearing aids. I sent in a cashiers check to pay my account in full on May 14, 2009. Given the time for mail they should have received payment in 4 days (May 18). The company never posted this payment till May 20, 2009. I called and requested them fax my bank so I may proceed with my remortage and they informed me they do not have fax capabilities so I requested they immediately mail me paid in full statement and here it is 8:00 p.m. May 28, 2009 and no letter. Their unconcern for customers cost me $1200. I rate this company so low my computor can't compute my rating.
